if you have ever tried to drive through an intersection where five four line highways, all without white lines, driven by people with no regard for traffic lights, and vehicles ranging from trucks and buses to motorcycles and taxis, then you might know what it means to be squished between three truck. if your havent been in this particular situation, then maybe you can relate to the symbolic trucks of love, politics, and religion, which can squish you even worse. this is the second song for my projected album of political protest songs designed to enlighten and offend, the american rescue plan.
