Walking, One Knight, ustaknow 2018 Am // // Em // // Am Walking, one knight, in the lights night dark Em I met with Christ, walking this part Am He was wrapped quite tight, in stained white sheets Em Red blue, wet bright, -- just, right news Chorus: F Am Em He gave // // [Aww..] he gave F Am Em He gave me a way, way to be free Am // // A way to be free ... ... ... He said to me, take cover now Don't ask why, just pull my hem Tight then slack, and no pain to me Back like new I was covered by torn [Ch] Walking this night, in this fights dark I saught no thing, no solace, none My short walk gave long one free thread And with bread for the quick, since the dead don't [2nd Ch] Am need // // [silence] Em Am Em Don't need..., they don't need... they don't need... The storms not seen, it came indeed And met with me, now hanging by this thread Of undead truth, tight white stained red [Am] Proofed my blood, mixed with his, still living with dread [3rd Ch] F Am // Em // But he gave ... he gave ... F Am Em Em sus open he gave me ... a way... a way to be free // // // [Am] Am sus A way to be free ... ... ... It shatters me this message, within a knock Of life and death, and sweet and sour docks Of many chrome locks of paper chained parts Put on the water, for a long dry park [4th Ch] Am Em Am Em He gave... ... ... me He gave me ... a way to be free F Am Em F Am Em Am He gave... he gave, he gave me a way, way to be free way to be free This walk on water, set adrift I see And take no quarter, only take a knee Covered by a thread of red white and blue Stained white sheet, of Holy Spirit clues Am Em Am Em He gave ... he gave me ... Oh he gave, me a way to be free F Am Em F Am Em He gave... aww he gave .... he gave me a way to be free Am Way to be free... credits from THREE [5090~2018], released August 31, 2018 license all rights reserved

It doesnt matter what I believe Im not going to interfere with you Be whoever you want to be Do whatever you want to do You might be a homophobic racist and I might be a Puerto Rican queer But that dont mean shit to me We're both alive and we are here In our hearts we are brothers And will stand together with each other Come hell or come high water When the tanks are in the street It doesnt matter to me Whether you are on the right or left Its just your way of saying How you want your taxes spent Some want health education and welfare Others want industry and war The only thing worth fighting for Is the safety of our people When the National Guard tears up our streets. Repeat chorus I woudn't kill a chicken if i were hungry But I wont interfere with your right to own a gun but if you wear a badge and abuse it ill raise my hand against you to protect the ones i love In 1864, General sherman burned Atlanta 26 years later, President Harrison massacred the Lakota tribes A hundred years of atrocities, then 76 men women and children in Waco Texas burned alive Is that what they refer to when they pray to return to simpler times? Repeat Chorus credits from Empire Building, released September 9, 2018

They say it like its a really good thing I guess its like you’ve won But from where i stand and what I’ve seen Its Not much when all is said and done The cost is great the price too high The gains only so short term And we never ever ever seem to See the problems and then learn Not sure i want to pay the price Of of those poor souls dying Just to be able to say out loud Im The one with the last flag flying Be better to get out a board and dice And settle our differences that way At least our youth and future Would live another day Not to fight on some foreign shore And not know the wherefore or why Never to see their home again Theres so many ways to die Not sure i want to pay the price Of of those poor souls dying Just to be able to say out loud Im The one with the last flag flying Im proud of my home and my flag But im tired of parents crying Just so some self proclaimed patriot Says “we have the last flag flying”.

about

Phase4Music is not new, but it has been overshadowed by the monolithic music industry Moloch for the greater part of the last century. Now, with the imminent collapse of industrial age musiic conglomerates, the voices of the maligned outsiders are becoming a refuge for the lovers of song who have been fruitlessly seatching for music that speaks to them. In the past, Phase4Music had its place in the Marketplace with labels such as ESP disk, Vanguard, Folkways, and Elektra finding places on the racks of record stores for them. But record stores today can be hard to find, and the types of records you might have found there in the past now languish in unbrowsed internet databases. Phase4Music, however, is alive and well. What used to be field recordings collected by music ethnographers such as Alan Lomax are now home recordings collected primarily by those lucky enough to have discovered them on sites such as Bandcamp, Spotify, and CDBaby. Yes, Phase4Music is alive and well, the global phenomenon of performing songwriters having experienced a full blown revival far from the ashes of the music factories.

Starting in January 2018, Blue Tower will initiate a monthly audio magazine dedicated to bringing the multidimensional talents of the global Phase4Music explosión to the attention of the serious listener. Most of the artists you will hear would not classify themselves as Phase4Music, if only because Phase4Music is a freshly coined term. But every artist uou will hear in the forthcoming BlueTower audio magazine has been chosen to representa particular aspect of what Phase4Music means to us. Although they are outside the mainstream in terms of marketing and distributiom, their music is often either in line with what is happening, a harbinger of things to come, or a continuation of existing traditions. And sometimes it is so uniquely new that it is destoned to forever stand outside the timelne of history.

There are some young voices here, as well as some that have been singing for half a century or more. Riding the fads from rockabilly to rock and roll to do wop and british invasión into punk, glam, and new wave, synth and brit pop, from bebop to brubeck and Cecil Taylor, free jazz to neo classical, new age and world beat, honky tonk, hard country, and góspel, ballads and blues from the mountains to the delta, Chicago, New York, and Seattle to Hawaii, Boston and New Jersey, Australia, Bulgaria,….Phase4Music is the music that is happening now,all around the globe, coming to you from bedrooms, home studios, live stages, and even the high end studiosof what used to be a powerful industry. In other words, everything you want to hear but are not hearing.
